Great guesthouse a bit outside of the action scene in horrible Patong. Friendly staff,expensive menu and great rooms! The transportation-prices in Patong is just wild! Ask the staff to take you downtown for 50 bath instead of paying 200 bath for a songtaew. But why stay in Patong???? Morten,Norway

The hotel is difficult to find but is quite acceptable. Rooms have everything you need and are comfortable.. Previous reports mention miserable staff etc but they speak little english and once you get through they are quite OK and helpful

The room was cleaned well everyday. Bed was fairly comfortable. Allowed a guest to visit overnight.

Free wifi, kettle and cup for making coffee. Some toiletries were supplied free. Daily room make-up and clean towels. Very clean. Also an adaptor was provided free in room as was hairdryer
The lady receptionist during the day wasn't friendly

We had to change room right away cause the lamps on both night stands were not working. Plus Wifi in the room was not working either. Overall we just stayed a night until we transferred to Phi Phi island, but in the end it was quite far away from the harbour.

Computer & printer in the room at free of cost.
Its very far from the city centre & Beach. Hotel staff except the lady at reception are not at all co-operative. Due to them I came across a loss today in terms of money & convenience..

Everything was fantastic, esp internet in room and air con.Upgraded from single to deluxe for 4 nts for thb 150 per day. Awesome.

The hotel is very good value and offer a quite good service
Don't stay at the basement as the staff tend to speak loudly in the morning.

The guesthouse is located on a quiet street and hence one can relax. The staff are courteous & helpful although there are obvious language issues - they didn't speak English!!
The location of the hotel is very far away from the Patong beach and one needs to have a personal means of transportation to be able to visit the beach and other places.

It is located in Patong Beach and there is shopping, bars, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and my stay was a lot of fun.

to be honest, we moved to SM resort which is part of the Lamai Group and that was excellent
